Chocolate Sprinkles

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1-1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats


  1. Cream together the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Add the flour, baking soda, and oatmeal. Form into 2 logs and then roll into chocolate or rainbow sprinkles. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325°.
  3. Slice dough and place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake for 25-30 min.
